Omni Ethiopia and DW Akademie just wrapped the Methodological Training of Trainers, preparing facilitators for the Forward Media Fellowship under AMIRP (African Media Integrity and Resilience Program). Instead of lectures, trainers dove into participatory methods, mentoring, peer exchange, and hands-on practice โ the skills needed to lead real transformation in Ethiopian newsrooms.
These trainers will now support media houses across three key areas:
